Wheat flour3 cup
Sugar2 cup
Oil150 ml
Orange juice3 unit(s)
Baking powder1 tablespoon
Eggs4 unit(s)

In a blender place the eggs, oil, sugar and orange juice.
Blend for 5 minutes and place in a bowl.
Then add the wheat flour little by little and stir until you get a homogeneous and smooth mixture.
Unite a hole shape in the middle with margarine and wheat flour, put the dough.
Take to medium fire preheated to 200° for 35 minutes. Do the toothpick test to see if it is baked.
Optional syrup: In a pan put the juice of 2 oranges and 4 tablespoons of sugar.
Cook for 5 minutes until the sugar has completely melted. I put it on top of the cake.
