Organic Dry Yeast
-Heat the water and the milk (it has to be warm, it cannot be hot!)
-Mix all the ingredients with a fuer except the milk and water.
-Then mix the milk and water with the yeast until it dissolves well. Gradually add the flour.
-When the dough starts to get heavy, mix it with your hands and knead for about 15 minutes so that the bread is very fluffy.
-Place the dough in a bowl, cover and let it rest until it doubles in volume.
-Then open the debt dough in three parts, model and put it in a bread mold and let it rest again until it rises.
-Brush an egg yolk on top as soon as it is large and bake for about 40 minutes at 180°
*Tip: Store the buns in bags, so it preserves and doesn't dry out.
