  • Organic Yeast60 g
  1. Mix all liquid and wet ingredients. The water must be warm. Note: it can be milk instead of water. Yeast can be a sachet or 60 grams of fresh.
  2. Then mix the dry ingredients
  3. Finally, stir everything until it comes away from the basin and hands. Let it rest for 1 hour, then shape it into the shape you want and bake for 40 minutes at 200 degrees.
