- Baking powder1 tablespoon

- Drain the corn from the can and use the can as an ingredient measure.
- In a blender place the corn, sugar, milk, oil, flakes and eggs.
- Beat well until you get a homogeneous mixture (about 5 minutes)
- Add the yeast and beat for 10 seconds.
- Grease a mold with margarine and wheat flour.
- Pour the dough and bake in a preheated oven at 200° for approximately 35 to 40 minutes.
- Wait for it to cool and unmold.
