  • Spaghetti Pasta 8500 g
  • Swiss chard leaves5 unit(s)
  • Medium carrot1 unit(s)
  • Large Onion1 unit(s)
  • Cooked green beans5 unit(s)
  • Small cauliflower1 unit(s)
  • Diced chicken breast200 g
  • Green pepper1/2 unit(s)
  • Red Bell Pepper1/2 unit(s)
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Traditional Shoyu2 cup
  • Sugar1 tablespoon
  • Corn Starch1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Water750 ml
  1. Noodle: 1- Cook the pasta in boiling water for 8 to 10 minutes 2- Drain, wash and let cool
  2. Filling: 1- Put some oil in the pan, fry the chicken lightly and set aside 2- Add water, soy sauce and sugar and bring to a boil 3- Beat the egg in a bowl with the starch and a little water 4- Add the vegetables to the sauce (minus the chard) 5- Let the sauce thicken and add the chard
  3. Finalization: 1- Pour the sauce over the pasta 2- Serve :)
