- Medium carrots3 unit(s)
- Oil150 ml
- Sugar2 cup
- Eggs4 unit(s)
- Sifted Wheat Flour3 cup
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Grate the carrots and cut into small pieces.
- In a blender place the carrots, oil and eggs. Beat for 5 minutes (approximately)
- Add the sugar and beat for another 5 minutes.
- Transfer to a container and add the wheat flour gradually and mix well until a homogeneous mass.
- Add the yeast and stir gently.
- This in a preheated oven at 180° for approximately 40 minutes.
- Wait for it to cool and unmold.
