  • Mozzarella cheese300 g
  • Ready-made stuffing three ready-made cheeses1 unit(s)
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  • Milk250 ml
  • Unleavened Wheat Flour2 cup
  • Yeast1 tablespoon
  • Eggs2 unit(s)
  • Oil100 ml
  • Small Tomatoes2 unit(s)
  • Small onions2 unit(s)
  • Oregano1 tablespoon
  1. In the blender, beat the eggs, milk, wheat flour and salt well first. Then put the yeast and beat a little more until the dough is homogeneous.
  2. In a greased pizza pan, place the beaten mixture and take it to the preheated oven at 180C for 20 min.
  3. Taking it out of the oven, put a layer of the ready sauce, a layer of the cheese filling, a layer of cheese, a layer of sauce again, one more of the cheeses. Finally, place the sliced tomatoes, sliced onions and oregano.
  4. Put it back in the oven to melt the cheeses and it's ready. It's a delight. Note: If you want you can add pepperoni, olives and etc, the stuffing is to your taste
