- Onion and minced garlic2 tablespoon
- Tomato Extract5 tablespoon
- Butter2 dessert spoon
- Slice of Mozzarella Cheese4 unit(s)
- Coriander for garnish1 to taste
- Preparation mode In a pan add the garlic, onion and butter. Let it cool and add the tomato paste. Turn off the heat and set aside
- In a pan add pasta and let it cook. Once the pasta is still hot, add the sauce. Add the slices of mozzarella cheese and cilantro on top.
- Ready Hot noodles, no need to add in the oven to melt the mozzarella cheese đâ€ïž
