Em uma vasilha misture o fermento e o açúcar, acrescente o açúcar e o ovo, água morna e depois o sal, logo depois coloque o azeite ou óleo e a farinha de trigo.
Misture bem todos os ingredientes até a massa não ficar grudando. Agora é o momento de polvilhar a massa, faça isso por uns 10 minutos. Após polvilhar dívida a massa em 3 bolas e coloque sobre ela um pano úmido. Aguarde por 30 minutos para que a massa cresça ( o tempo vai depender da região, quanto mais quente menos tempo ficará em repouso). Logo depois é só modelar a massa, colocar na forma e rechear da maneira que você gosta, leve ao forno pré aquecido a 250 graus por 10/15 minutos.  ( atenção! Se o seu forno não for tão potente, antes de colocar o recheio deixe a massa pré aquecida por 5 minutos no forno).  E agora é só saborear!

Soon after, just model the dough, put it in the shape and fill it the way you like, take it to the oven preheated to 250 degrees for 10/15 minutes. (Attention! If your oven is not that powerful, before putting the stuffing leave the dough preheated for 5 minutes in the oven). And now just taste!
