Bata no liquidificador todos os ingredientes até formar uma massa mole e lisa, semelhante a uma panqueca.

Blend all the ingredients in a blender until it forms a soft and smooth dough, similar to a pancake.

Em uma frigideira untada, coloque manteiga ou óleo e leve ao fogo médio. Ao esquentar, adicione uma concha da massa e espera fritar até que as bordas se tornem consistentes. Vire e repita o mesmo processo do outro lado até que este esteja dourado e coloque em um prato (a massa pode ficar da espessura de sua preferência, mas o ideal é que seja em camadas finas).

In a greased skillet, add butter or oil and place over medium heat. When heating, add a ladle of the dough and wait to fry until the edges become consistent. Turn and repeat the same process on the other side until it is golden and put it on a plate (the dough can be as thick as you like, but ideally in thin layers).

Repita o processo com o restante da massa e sirva ainda quente com mel, geleia, calda de chocolate, etc.
