  • Cottage cheese1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Mozzarella (grated)200 g
  • Calabressa (grated)200 g
  • Oregano to taste
  • Tomato1 unit(s)
  • Tomato Sauce to taste
  • Olive oil to taste
  1. CREPIOCA In a bowl add eggs, starch, salt and the curd mix everything, then put the skillet to heat and add the dough and bake both sides.
  2. FILLING When you turn the other side of the crepioca, add the tomato sauce and then the Calabressa and Mozzarella. Cut the tomatoes into slices and place on top, throw in the oregano and olive oil. Close the skillet and let it cook for 5 minutes on low heat. And you're ready!
