Creamy spaghetti in pressure cooker

  • Shredded chicken breast (tray)1 kg
  • Tomatoes3 unit(s)
  • Onions2 unit(s)
  • Pepper1 unit(s)
  • Parsley / Chives1 unit(s)
  • Tomato extract (sachet)2 unit(s)
  • Sour cream (box)1 unit(s)
  • Garlic to taste
  • Mozzarella cheese / dish200 g
  • Oil4 tablespoon
  1. Sauté the chicken in the pressure cooker along with the (tomato, onion, pepper and garlic). After sautéing, add the tomato paste (both sachets) and the cream. Then put the pasta still raw mixing everything and cover with water (cold) passing 2 fingers.
  2. Put the pressure cooker on, even if it is not boiling. As soon as pressure rises, mark 10 minutes and turn off the fire. Take off the pressure, put the parsley mixing completely and in a refractory of your preference, put the macaroni interspersing with the slices of cheese. Help yourself to follow!!! Enjoy your food.
