- Rice3 cup
- Shrimp fillet (without shell)1/2 kg
- Tomato1 unit(s)
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Cottage cheese1 can(s)
- Salt1 to taste
- Coriander1 to taste
- Cumin1 to taste
- Garlic2 unit(s)
- Butter1 to taste
- Mozzarella5 unit(s)
- Cook the rice with water and salt and set aside. Season the shrimp with a little salt, meat and something chopped. Saute the shrimp with the onion in butter. Add the tomato and cilantro and let it cook for about 5 minutes. Then add the cooked rice and mix. Add the cream cheese and the curd and the chopped mozzarella. See if the salt is good and serve. It's very creamy and delicious!! 😉😉
