Sour cream2 cup
Black pepper2 tablespoon
paprika1 tablespoon
Oregano to taste
Sliced Mozzarella300 g
Water1 l
Salt to taste
Butter2 tablespoon

In a baking dish, add the butter and set aside.
Cook the potato in water with a little salt until soft.
Add the potato in a pot, add the paprika, black pepper, and a little oregano and mix well, add the cream and mix some more
Place it on the greased Travessa and cover with the mozzarella.
Sprinkle some oregano on top and bake in the oven until the cheese melts.
