Creamy Potato and Chicken Pie

  • Cooked and mashed potato1 cup
  • Milk2 cup
  • Oil1 cup
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • One chicken bouillon cube1 unit(s)
  • Salt and Oregano to taste
  • Maizena1/2 cup
  • Wheat flour2 cup
  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  • Margarine for greasing to taste
  • Olive Oils4 tablespoon
  • Onion to taste
  • Garlic Cloves2 unit(s)
  • Chopped tomato1 unit(s)
  • Tomato Extract2 tablespoon
  • Corn1/2 unit(s)
  • Cooked and shredded chicken3 cup
  • Salt and chopped parsley to taste
  • Catupiry2 cup
  1. Heat the oil over medium heat, and brown the onion and garlic. Add the tomato, extract, corn, and sauté for 5 minutes. Add the chicken, salt, parsley and sauté for 3 minutes. Let cool.
  2. Beat the potato, milk, oil, eggs and salt in a blender. Mix the cornstarch, flour and baking powder with a spoon and pour half of the dough into a greased and floured shape.
  3. Spread the stuffing, catupiry and cover with the remaining dough. Sprinkle with oregano and take it to the medium oven, preheated, for 40 minutes.
