Creamy Penne with Gorgonzola and Cherry Tomato 🇮🇹

- Recipe
- Hard grain penne pasta500 g
- Cherry tomato280 g
- Gorgonzola Cheese150 g
- Oregano to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Ground pink pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Extra virgin olive oil to taste
- Cook the pasta until al dente (while cooking the pasta, make the base of the sauce)
- In a glass refractory put extra virgin olive oil
- Spread the cherry tomatoes over the refractory and leave the middle free to place the cheese
- Place the Gorgonzola cheese in the middle of the refractory
- Season the cherry tomatoes with a little salt.
- Season with oregano, black pepper and ground rose to taste.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and with a fork mix well the tomatoes with the melted cheese.
- Put the already cooked and drained pasta in this mixture of Gorgonzola cheese and tomato.
- Mix well until it's very creamy and that's it 🤤
- Serve then 😋🍝
- Tip: serve with grated parmesan 😉🇮🇹
