Tempo de preparo

20 min(s)

Porções

3 servings

Ingredients

  • Pasta of your choice (Short) | 250 g
  • Tomato sauce | 1 unit(s)
  • Pepperoni sausage in slices | 1/2 unit(s)
  • Chopped Onion | 1 unit(s)
  • Olive oil | 2 tablespoon
  • Salt |  to taste
  • Water boiling to cover | 400 ml
  • Green smell |  to taste
  • Sour cream | 1/2 unit(s)

Recipe

  1. Put the water to boil.
  2. In the pressure cooker, put oil and fry the pepperoni.
  3. When the pepperoni is almost fried, add the onion and fry until wilted.
  4. After adding the tomato sauce, mix, add a pinch of salt.
  5. Add the pasta, I like the short screw or shell cuts...
  6. Add the water to cover, but without exaggeration, close the pan.
  7. When the pan starts to sizzle, count 6/7 minutes (may vary from stove to stove).
  8. After the cooking time, open the pan, adjust the salt, add the cream, mix well, add the green smell and if you want to increase, you can add cheese or curd and serve hot.
  9. QUICK, PRACTICAL, AND VERY TASTY RECIPE!
