I sautéed the sausage with the onion, then added the pasta and seasonings, used Sazon, salt and chimichurri. I added a little water to the sauce, but you can do it any way you like.
After adding all the ingredients, I stirred well and put it under pressure, after the pressure cooker got pressure, count 5 minutes and turn it off.
With the pasta already on the plate, add some mozzarella and grated cheese and you're done!
