- Noodles500 g
- Tomato sauce1 cup
- Ground beef300 g
- Water500 ml
- Salt1 tablespoon
- Garlic and Onion1 to taste
- Seasonings1 to taste
- Oil2 tablespoon
- Sour cream250 g
- grated cheese50 g
- Put the oil, garlic and onion and fry until golden in the pressure cooker.
- Add the meat only salt and sauté until it's done
- Add the seasonings of your choice: green smell, paprika, curry... add the sauce, the pasta and water until the pasta is covered, enough water is covered!
- Mix well, cover the pan, when you get pressure count 3 minutes, turn off the fire
- As soon as you open the pan, add the cream and grated cheese and gently stir to incorporate without falling apart.
- Transfer to a serving platter. If you prefer, add more cheese and green smell.
