  • Pasta of your choice I used the screw250 g
  • Chopped pepperoni1 unit(s)
  • Tomato sauce1 unit(s)
  • Sour cream1 unit(s)
  • Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
  • Minced garlic2 unit(s)
  • Olive to taste
  • Oil2 tablespoon
  • Hot water2 cup
  • Mozzarella200 g
  • Salt to taste
  1. In a pressure cooker, put the oil to heat and put the chopped pepperoni to fry.
  2. Add the onion and garlic and sauté then add the pasta and olives and stir
  3. Put the tomato sauce and the hot water (the water has to be close to the pasta). Turn off and let the pressure come out of the pan by itself, open the pan and add the cream of milk and the mozzarella stir until the cheese melts. Ready and good appetite!
