- Mozzarella500 g
- Grated cheese to taste
- Salt to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Chicken breast500 g
- Olive oil to taste
- Garlic1 unit(s)
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Cook the pasta until al dente, then set it aside. Cook the chicken breast in the pressure cooker, then drain the water and shred it. Sauté the chicken breast with garlic and onion and add the cream
- In a pyrex, place the pasta with the cream and the shredded chicken breast. Then drizzle with olive oil and cover with mozzarella, sprinkle with grated cheese and oregano. Bring to a boil until the cheese melts.
