- Boiled Macaroni500 g
- Cow's milk500 ml
- Corn starch2 tablespoon
- Bacon40 g
- Pepperoni sausage40 g
- Chopped Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Minced Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
- Mozzarella250 g
- Butter or margarine1 dessert spoon
- In a pan, add the butter and let it melt, then put the bacon and sausage and let it fry well.
- Add the onion and fry until golden.
- Add the garlic and sauté until it starts to brown.
- Add the milk with the cornstarch already dissolved, lower the heat to medium, always stirring so it doesn't stick.
- In a refractory that can go in the oven, add the macaroni halfway, make a layer of mozzarella, put the rest of the macaroni and the cheese on top.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 15/20 minutes or until the cheese is browned.
- Serve it hot.
- Enjoy your food.
