  • Boiled Macaroni500 g
  • Cow's milk500 ml
  • Corn starch2 tablespoon
  • Bacon40 g
  • Pepperoni sausage40 g
  • Chopped Onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Minced Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
  • Mozzarella250 g
  • Butter or margarine1 dessert spoon
  1. In a pan, add the butter and let it melt, then put the bacon and sausage and let it fry well.
  2. Add the onion and fry until golden.
  3. Add the garlic and sauté until it starts to brown.
  4. Add the milk with the cornstarch already dissolved, lower the heat to medium, always stirring so it doesn't stick.
  5. In a refractory that can go in the oven, add the macaroni halfway, make a layer of mozzarella, put the rest of the macaroni and the cheese on top.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 15/20 minutes or until the cheese is browned.
  7. Serve it hot.
  8. Enjoy your food.
