  • Corn flakes or milharina1 can(s)
  • Coconut milk250 ml
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Shredded Coconut100 mg
  • Milk1 cup
  • Oil1 cup
  • Sugar1 cup
  • Chemical Baking Powder1 tablespoon
  1. Heat the oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Blend all ingredients in a blender.
  3. Pour the dough in a greased and floured shape with wheat or flake
  4. Let it bake for 30/35 minutes or until you can feel a firmness in the dough even if it is wet.
  5. Note: This cake is creamy, so the toothpick test doesn't work because it gets wet. It gets creamy due to the use of coconut milk.
