- Penne pasta or pasta, cooked al dente500 g
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Minced garlic2 unit(s)
- Tomato sauce1 can(s)
- Cottage cheese300 g
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Ham300 g
- Mozzarella300 g
- Grated Parmesan Cheese1 cup
- Salt1 dessert spoon
- Black pepper1 coffee spoon
- In a pan, heat the oil and sauté the garlic. Add the tomato sauce, cream cheese and cream. Season with salt and pepper. Leave on low heat until the cheese melts. Turn off the heat and mix in the chopped mozzarella and ham. In a refractory place the macaroni, pour the sauce and sprinkle the grated cheese. Leave for 20 minutes in a preheated oven. Serve immediately.
