  • Sugar4 tablespoon
  • Salt1/2 teaspoon
  • Cream (can be industrialized)200 g
  • warm milk1.1/2 cup
  • Margarine or butter1 tablespoon
  • Organic Dry Yeast10 g
  • Wheat flour1 kg
  1. Beat the egg well with the sugar and salt.
  2. Mix the rest of the ingredients (except the wheat) and mix well..
  3. Then just add the wheat little by little until it comes off of your hands.
  4. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes and let the dough rest until it doubles in size.
  5. After doubling in size, shape the breads as you prefer and take them to rest again in the form that will bake the breads.
  6. Once it has doubled in size again, bake over medium heat until golden.
