Couscous with plain pepperoni

Em uma tigela adicione a massa de cuscuz, a goma de tapioca o sal, e aos pouco vai adicionando água e mexendo com ajuda de uma colher ou com a mão mesmo até a massa ficar molhadinha, não pode encharcar.

Deixe descansar por uns 5 minutos, enquanto isso corte a calabresa em cubos, coloque dentro da massa e misture novamente.

Prepare a cuscuizeira coloque o cuscuz toda mistura dentro e leve ao fogo para cozinhar, o ponto certo é  quando estiver cheirando pela casa inteira.
