  • Oil or olive oil to taste
  1. Start by putting salt to taste in the couscous, add water to hydrate it well, and let it rest for a few minutes until the dough is fluffy.
  2. While the dough rests, sauté the onion with olive oil, when it starts to get golden, add the sun meat until it fry well, when it is ready, put the tomato in cubes, stir it will release a juice, let it dry, and then turn off the fire. If you prefer, you can also add green smell, olives or green corn is optional.
  3. When the dough is ready, place a layer of dough approximately half the shape as shown in the photo, place the meat, intersperse with ham or any other ingredient of your choice, place another layer of dough and bake for approximately five to seven minutes. , when unmold put the mozzarella on top. Or if you prefer, you can put it in the stuffing between the meat and the ham. Enjoy your food!
