Bata todos os ingredientes no liquidificador, menos o fermento em pó deixe pra adicionar no último momento e mexa delicadamente, despeje a massa em uma forma untada com margarina e farinha, leve ao forno pré -aquecido por volta de 35 minutos, ou até esperar o palito e sair limpo e seco, depende Muito de cada forno,  deixe esfriar desenforme é sirva. 
Vai muito bem acompanhado com café
