  • Cornmeal2 cup
  • Organic Yeast20 g
  • Sugar3 tablespoon
  • Salt1 tablespoon
  • Oil40 ml
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Water300 ml
  1. Put in a glass warm water with the yeast and a spoon of sugar, mix well and set aside. In a bowl place the two flours with the sugar, salt, egg and oil. Add the mixture in the cup and mix well and add as much warm water as you need to make a firm dough. It goes up well with your hands. Cover with a cloth and let it rest for 15 minutes. After passing through the cylinder until the dough is very smooth, model as you want, put it in a greased shape and sprinkle cornmeal. Let it rest until it doubles in size. Bake in a hot oven and low temperature. (If you don't have a cylinder when kneading with your hand, already model and put it in the shape).
