  • Egg4 cup
  • Couscous1/2 cup
  • Baking powder1 dessert spoon
  • grated coconut1 to taste
  1. In a bowl, mix the wheat flour, the eggs, the sugar, the oil, stir well, add the milk, little by little, always stirring, add the flakes, stir well
  2. In a greased shape with oil and flour pour the dough and take it to the preheated oven at 180c and leave for 35 minutes.
  3. Remove the cake from the mold and place the grated coconut on top.
