- Oil1/2 cup
- Sugar1 cup
- Corn Flake2 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- In a blender, beat the eggs, milk, sugar and corn. After blending, place in a bowl and add the cornflakes, mix everything and finally add the baking powder. Place this mixture in a greased and sugar-sprinkled form.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 220° for about 30 minutes or until golden. (Do the toothpick test, if it comes out dry it's because it's done)
