- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Demerara sugar1 cup
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Cornmeal or milia8 tablespoon
- Corn (or canned corn)1 cup
- Place the eggs, yogurt and corn in the blender.
- After beating for a few minutes, add the cornmeal, olive oil and half the sugar.
- Beat until homogenized and add the rest of the sugar.
- Grease and flour a cake tin, place the dough, and then bake.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees and bake for 30-40 minutes or test with a toothpick.
- Remove from the oven, wait for it to cool down a bit, unmold and serve.
