  • Corn1 can(s)
  • Cornmeal90 g
  • Sugar30 g
  • Butter40 g
  • Organic Baking Powder10 g
  • Salt10 g
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Milk180 ml
  1. Beat the corn, sugar, milk, butter and egg in a blender. Hit everything. In a bowl put the wheat flour, cornmeal and biological yeast. Mix. Place the blender mixture in the bowl and mix well.
  2. Transfer to bench and knead for 10 minutes at mass has to be homogeneous. Let the dough rest for 40 minutes. Make balls and place in a greased shape and let it rest for another 40 minutes. Then brush the balls with milk and sprinkle with cornmeal. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden.
