Dough: wheat flour1 kg
Milk1 l

Ground beef1 kg
Tomato2 unit(s)
Pepper2 unit(s)
Onion2 unit(s)
Parsley and chives1 unit(s)
Extract of. Tomato1 unit(s)
Garlic2 unit(s)
Salt to taste
Bahia seasoning to taste
Magrgarine3 tablespoon
Oil3 tablespoon
Parmesan cheese2 unit(s)

Dough preparation: beat the milk, flour and egg in the blender until an homogeneous mass.
Grease the pan with margarine and pour the dough with the help of a ladle. Make several times, until you make several doughs and set aside.
Stuffing: Add the oil, add the ground beef and add the onion, pepper, tomato, garlic, tomato paste, Bahian seasoning and salt. Finally add parsley and chives. for 20 minutes
Finally, fill the already fried dough with the ground meat, one by one.
Roll up and place on a platter and put in the oven sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
