Wheat flour1/2 cup
Maizena1/2 cup
Sauce1 unit(s)

Saute the ground beef with garlic, onion, parsley, salt, cumin, paprika and oregano (reserve).
Put all the ingredients in the blender and let it rest for half an hour.
After half an hour I take a frying pan and I put the dough and turn it aside and put it on a plate.
After making the dough, stuffing with the meat, I roll it up, I put it in a refractory and on top I put the sauce and the grated cheese and put it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until the cheese bubbles and it's ready.
