Cooked Ground beef pancake.

Comece preparando a carne moída com os temperos de sua preferência.
Massa: bata os ovos e acrescente a farinha, o leite, o óleo e o sal. 
Caso a massa fique com a consistência muito mole acrescente pequenas quantidades de farinha de trigo, caso a massa fique muito cremose acrescente pequenas quantidades de leite.
Unte uma frigideira com óleo e em fogo médio monte a massa. 
Após o término é só colocar a carne moída e montar sua panqueca.
Caso queira, ao final pode jogar o que sobrar da carne moída por cima da massa conforme foto! 

Start by preparing the ground beef with your favorite seasonings.
Dough: beat the eggs and add the flour, milk, oil and salt.
If the dough is too soft, add small amounts of wheat flour, if the dough is too creamy, add small amounts of milk.
Grease a skillet with oil and over medium heat assemble the dough.
After finishing, just put the ground beef and assemble your pancake.
If you want, at the end you can throw whatever is left of the ground meat over the dough as shown in the photo!
