  • Oil4 tablespoon
  • Wheat flour2 cup
  • Ground beef300 g
  • Milk1 cup
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Tomato1 to taste
  • Tomato Extract1 to taste
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Mozzarella400 g
  • Olive oil1 to taste
  • Garlic1 to taste
  • Coriander1 to taste
  1. Beat the eggs, oil and milk in a blender and gradually add the wheat flour.
  2. Then add salt to taste.
  3. And beat until it forms a hemogenic mass.
  4. With a kitchen brush spread the oil in a frying pan and pour a ladle of dough.
  5. Stir the skillet in a way that the dough spreads throughout the frying pan, wait for it to release from the bottom and turn the other side until golden.
  6. Do this on the table in order until the dough runs out and book.
  7. Season the ground beef with garlic, olive oil and salt to taste.
  8. In a medium pan put a thread of oil and add the onion, stir until golden.
  9. Then add the ground beef and mix all the ingredients together.
  10. Let it cook until all the water that has formed in the pan dries up.
  11. After adding the tomato, cilantro, and tomato extract and seasoning to taste, then let it cook for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  12. On a meat board, place the pancake dough and still with the warm sauce add and roll into a roulade shape.
  13. After all the pancakes are ready in a refractory add some sauce and put the pancakes then add some sauce and grated cheese on top of the pancake.
  14. And the pancakes are ready for dinner.
