Wheat Flour1 cup

Oil1 tablespoon
Milk 1 and a half cup1 cup
Salt to taste
Ground meat cooked to taste500 g
Prepared Tomato Sauce1 unit(s)
Parmesan Cheese to taste
Mozzarella cheese to taste
Chopped Boiled Egg to taste
Olive to taste

For mass: In a blender, beat the milk with the wheat flour, oil, salt and eggs.
Heat a greased skillet and place small portions of dough. Let it brown slightly on both sides. Repeat the operation until you finish the mass. Reserve.
For ground beef, the only tip is to add it after it is ready, seasoned to taste. 1 spoon of wheat flour. This way the stuffing will be very wet. You can also add olives and chopped boiled eggs to taste.
For assembly: Stuff each pancake with about 2 tablespoons of Stuffing, you can add mozzarella if you like and set aside. In a refractory container, line the bottom with a little tomato sauce. Arrange the pancakes in the refractory and cover with the remaining Sauce to taste. Sprinkle with the grated parmesan cheese and place in the oven to brown. And this delight is ready
