  • Wheat flour2 cup
  • Milk1 cup
  • Eggs2 unit(s)
  • Oil4 tablespoon
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Ground beef300 g
  • Chopped Onion2 tablespoon
  • Tomato1 unit(s)
  • Tomato Extract1 can(s)
  • Sour cream1 can(s)
  • Sliced Mozzarella400 g
  • grated cheese1 to taste
  1. Beat the eggs, milk, oil in a blender and add the wheat flour gradually.
  2. After adding all the wheat flour, add salt to taste.
  3. Mix the dough until you get a creamy consistency.
  4. With a paper towel, spread the oil all over the skillet and pour a ladle of dough.
  5. Make circular movements so that the dough spreads throughout the skillet.
  6. Wait for the dough to release from the bottom and turn it to fry on the other side.
  7. Filling:
  8. In a pan, brown the onion with oil and add the meat.
  9. Let it cook until the water comes out of the meat, reduce the heat and cover.
  10. Add the chopped tomato and cover again.
  11. Let it cook for 3 minutes and mix.
  12. Add tomato paste and seasonings to taste.
  13. Let it cook for 10 minutes.
  14. When the sauce thickens, turn off the heat.
  15. Let the sauce cool, add the cream and mix well.
  16. When it's well homogeneous, take it back to the fire and let it cook on low heat for another 5 minutes.
  17. Mounting:
  18. Fill the pancake with a slice of mozzarella, a portion of meat and roll it up.
  19. Do the process on all pancakes.
  20. Pour a little broth in the bottom of a refractory, to grease.
  21. Arrange the ready-made pancakes in the refractory and pour the rest of the sauce over them.
  22. Sprinkle grated cheese over the pancakes.
  23. Bake in the oven for au gratin, over medium heat, for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
