- Beat all the ingredients in the blender, after well beaten book.
- Add the sugar, in the form you are going to make the pudding.
- Once the mold is caramelized, add the liquid and heat in a bain-marie for 40 minutes to 1 hour.
- Once ready, let it cool well, then take it to the fridge for 2 hours to then unmold.
