  • Wheat flour1.1/2 kg
  • Salt1 dessert spoon
  • Warm water1 cup

  • Egg for brushing the dough1 unit(s)
  1. In a container add the warm water, oil, condensed milk and salt stir well until the ingredients mix. Then add the yeast and mix well, add the wheat flour little by little and mix well, when you can't move with the spoon mix with your hand, as soon as the dough starts to unglue from your hand transfer it to a clean surface, dry and floured, knead the dough for about 15 minutes. Once kneaded, transfer the dough to the container, cover with a cloth and leave in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size. As soon as it doubles in size, transfer to a floured surface and cut the dough into 12 pieces and shape the breads in the way you prefer (I stretch the dough and roll it like a rocambole) put it on a baking sheet, cover and let it rest for 30 minutes . After the dough has rested, brush with a beaten egg and bake in a preheated oven at 180° for about 30 to 40 minutes. If you like sweeter bread, as soon as you take it out of the oven, throw condensed milk and grated coconut on top, it's delicious.
