- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic Clove2 unit(s)

- Ground beef600 g
- Tomato extract2 tablespoon
- Butter6 tablespoon
- Wheat Flour6 tablespoon
- Milk1 l
- Nutmeg1 coffee spoon
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Sliced Ham400 g
- Sliced Mozzarella Cheese400 g
- Grated Parmesan Cheese100 g
- For the bolognese sauce: Heat a pan, add the oil and brown the onion, followed by the garlic. Add the meat and let it brown. Beat the tomato in the pulsar mode of the blender to leave a few pieces. Add to the pan along with the tomato paste, season with salt and black pepper to taste and cook for 15 minutes.
- For the white sauce: In a pan, melt the butter, add the wheat flour, and cook for 2 minutes over low heat. Add the milk stirring constantly to avoid lumps. Cook over medium heat for 8 minutes. Season with salt and nutmeg to taste.
- For assembly: Preheat the oven to 220°C. In a refractory, start with a portion of Bolognese sauce and then a layer of pasta, followed by the white sauce, a layer of mozzarella cheese and a layer of ham. Repeat this process ending with the mozzarella and lastly the coarsely grated Parmesan cheese. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes, or until all the cheese is golden brown. Tip: in the conventional oven, leave the lasagna on the highest rack of the oven to brown it faster.
