- Coconut Milk200 ml
- In the blender add the eggs margarine the coconut sugar and milk beat well
- in a container sift the flour and add the ingredients beaten in the blender mix with the help of a whisk or a wooden spoon until the dough is homogeneous add the yeast and mix well
- on a greased baking sheet add the mixture heat the oven for 10 minutes put the baking sheet in the oven and bake for about 40 minutes or until you insert a toothpick and it comes out clean then let it cool and unmold
- In a bowl add condensed milk coconut milk and grated coconut and mix well and pour over the cake.
