  1. Cook a kilo of peeled and mashed potatoes without letting them cool, add the butter and eggs, salt and wheat flour Knead everything lightly, take it into pieces, roll it up to the thickness of a finger, cut pieces of 2 cm and put it in the water to boil with salt, as soon as it rises, remove it with a sieve. Arrange the gnocchi in a container, put butter to melt on it and add the cheese on top and put it in the oven for 5 minutes. And if you prefer, put a tomato sauce on top.
