- for syrup In a pan add the sugar and let it melt until it turns into a caramel
- Once all the sugar has melted, add half a cup of water and stir until dissolved.
- Put the syrup in a mold and spread on all sides. then add grated coconut. then set aside
- For mass Mix eggs, sugar and oil mix well.
- Add wheat flour and coconut milk mix well
- Put the dough on top of the syrup. Put it in the oven for 40 minutes
- Remove from the oven and just enjoy the delicious cake
