- Parmesan cheese250 g
- Camembert Cheese200 g
- Gouda Cheese150 g
- Sour cream1 unit(s)
- Pre-cooked prawns size M800 g

- For the classic Fettuccine Alfredo: bring 5 liters of water to a boil with salt. “Sea water” point
- When the pasta is al dente, remove and place directly in the glass bowl (bowl) with the butter cut into cubes.
- Add the finely grated Parmesan cheese, stirring gently to incorporate. You can add some of the pasta water to emulsify the mixture.
- Shrimp and cheese sauce: Saute the garlic in a tablespoon of butter and then add the shrimp until reaching the ideal point.
- Add 01 box of cream and stir gently.
- Add the Camembert cheese mass and the finely grated Gouda cheese. Mix the ingredients well until it starts to boil.
- Add chives to taste.
- Then prepare the dish.
- Important note: start this recipe with the sauce. Fettuccine is prepared just before serving the table.
