- Whole milk300 ml
- Fresh Yeast30 g
- refined sugar25 g
- Salt8 g
- Chilled unsalted butter40 g
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Wheat Flour375 g
- Melted butter120 g
- Demerara sugar200 g
- Cinnamon Powder15 g
- In a bowl sift the flour, add the yeast, sugar, 240 ml of milk, cold butter, egg. Beat well, if you want you can use the mixer. Then add the salt with a spoonful of water and beat again.
- When the dough is homogeneous and elastic, let it rest for another 20 minutes.
- After resting brush the melted butter, pour the demerara sugar and cinnamon and shape by rolling the dough like a rocombole. Let rest in the fridge for 20 minutes and cut into slices.
- Press the middle of the slices down and leave to ferment until they double in size. Preheat the oven to 160° and bake the cinnamon rolls until they are slightly golden. Remove, wait to cool down and serve.
