  • Whole milk300 ml
  • Fresh Yeast30 g
  • refined sugar25 g
  • Salt8 g
  • Chilled unsalted butter40 g
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Wheat Flour375 g
  • Melted butter120 g
  • Demerara sugar200 g
  • Cinnamon Powder15 g
  1. In a bowl sift the flour, add the yeast, sugar, 240 ml of milk, cold butter, egg. Beat well, if you want you can use the mixer. Then add the salt with a spoonful of water and beat again.
  2. When the dough is homogeneous and elastic, let it rest for another 20 minutes.
  3. After resting brush the melted butter, pour the demerara sugar and cinnamon and shape by rolling the dough like a rocombole. Let rest in the fridge for 20 minutes and cut into slices.
  4. Press the middle of the slices down and leave to ferment until they double in size. Preheat the oven to 160° and bake the cinnamon rolls until they are slightly golden. Remove, wait to cool down and serve.
