  • Wheat Flour350 g
  • Warm milk150 ml
  • Sugar2/5 tablespoon
  • Oil40 ml
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Organic Baking Powder5 g
  • Chocolate powder1 tablespoon
  • Chopped chocolate to taste
  1. In a vase put the egg, warm milk, sugar, oil and mix well.
  2. Put the wheat flour little by little, and when the dough is ready. Divide the dough. And add the chocolate powder in one part and the wheat in the other. Sow the two well until you start to disgrace your hands.
  3. Let the two masses rest until doubled in volume inside the basin with a lid. (EACH IN A BASIN).
  4. Open the two masses, place one on top of the other and pass the roll until it's quite uniform. Put the chopped chocolate and model as you wish.
  5. I PUT IT AS I MODELED IN THE PHOTOS.
  6. Pass beaten egg yolk on top. Let it rest for another 20 minutes and take it to bake. After roast sprinkle refined sugar.
  7. This bread looks beautiful and delicious.
