- Ready-made pastry dough | 1 kg
- Oil for frying | 1 l
- Refined sugar for sprinkling | to taste
- Put in a pan over low heat a quantity of oil to fry and cover the dough.
- Cut the pastry dough into the shape you want and put it to fry when the oil is very hot.
- After frying, drain on a paper towel and place in a refractory.
Sprinkle with sugar (if desired) and serve.
It gets crunchy.
