  • Ready-made pastry dough | 1 kg
  • Oil for frying | 1 l
  • Refined sugar for sprinkling |  to taste


  1. Put in a pan over low heat a quantity of oil to fry and cover the dough.
  2. Cut the pastry dough into the shape you want and put it to fry when the oil is very hot.
  3. After frying, drain on a paper towel and place in a refractory. Sprinkle with sugar (if desired) and serve. It gets crunchy.
